Homepage > What does UMD Project Management offer me?

Good for you. UMD’s project management educational programs grew out of the need for better PM training in the engineering world. Focused on your goals, our courses are developed by engineers for engineers and other employed in technical professions. It’s a perfect match for those of you who are in IT software development, Systems Development, Engineering design, and large capitol/construction projects.
Our advantage is that UMD PM programs are not allied with the business school and then shoe-horned into other faculties’ curricula as is the case at most other institutions.
We offer working engineers an opportunity to earn a Project Management Certificate drawn from the academic courses currently available. We also provide customized training in Project Management. Available options include four-levels of PM Certificates and for those of you who professionally and academically qualify, our exclusive on-line PM Masters program is also available.
